| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟健脾散结方联合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法：分别使用单纯PCF方案化疗（对照组28例）、自拟健脾散结方联合PCF方案化疗（治疗组32例）治疗晚期食管癌。以WHO实体瘤近期客观疗效标准与毒副反应评价标准评价。结果：治疗组有效率高于对照组，但统计学上无意义。治疗组Ⅲ-Ⅳ不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组。结论：自拟健脾散结方与化疗联合应用可以减轻化疗反应，提高临床疗效。
