| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病微血管病变患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平和平均红细胞体积(mean cor-puscular volume,MCV)改变的临床意义。方法选择2009年5月～2010年4月我院收治的糖尿病120例(糖尿病组),依据有无微血管病变分为糖尿病微血管病变组60例和单纯糖尿病60例,选择同期健康体检者50例(健康对照组)。对各组血清Hcy水平和MCV进行测定。结果糖尿病组血清Hcy水平增高,MCV明显增大,与健康对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病微血管病变组血清Hcy、MCV与单纯糖尿病组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测血清Hcy水平和MCV对于监测糖尿病微血管的发生具有一定的临床意义。
