冠心平片鉴别及含量测定方法研究

目的建立冠心平片的鉴别及含量测定方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对制剂中的当归、瓜蒌皮、三七进行鉴别,并用紫外分光光度法测定制剂中总多糖含量。结果薄层鉴别色谱特征斑点明显。所测定的3批样品中,多糖含量最高是14.76%,最低是12.24%,平均为13.36%;平均加样回收率是97.38%,RSD为5.51%。结论用薄层色谱(TLC)法对该制剂中的当归、瓜蒌皮、三七进行鉴别及用紫外分光光度法测定总多糖的方法简便准确、专属性强,可作为冠心平片的质量控制方法之一。

Study on Quality Standards of Guanxinping Tablet

Objective To establish quality standards for Guanxinping Tablet.Methods Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Pericarpium Trichosanthis and Radix Notoginseng were identified by TLC,and the content of polysaccharides was determined by UV-spectro.photometry.Results The TLC spots developed were quite clear.The hightest content was 14.76%,the lowest content was 12.24%,the average content of polysaccharides was 13.36%.The average recouery of polysaccharides was 97.38%,with RSD of 5.51%,respectively.Conclusion The method is convenient,reliable.It is one of the ways that can be used for the quality control of Guanxinping tablet.
