| 摘 要： | 目的观察中低位硬膜外阻滞辅以异丙酚-氯胺酮在小儿手术中的应用价值。方法60例中小手术患儿分成两组,观察组(n=30)先肌注氯胺酮4.0~6.0 mg/kg作为基础麻醉,再进行硬膜外阻滞置管,术中再辅以异丙酚静注、泵注;对照组(n=30)则在基础麻醉后,术中以氯胺酮分次静注维持麻醉。结果对照组患儿出现吞咽、感觉疼痛、有应答反应的时间,以及手术结束出现的术后躁动和恶心呕吐的发生率与观察组存在显著性差异。结论中低位硬膜外阻滞辅以异丙酚-氯胺酮麻醉能使小儿中小手术麻醉更平稳、术后苏醒更快,更适合于小儿中小手术的麻醉。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the application value of mid-lower epidural anesthesia and propofol,ketamine in children operation.Methods 60 cases of such patient were divided into two groups.The observe group was given propofol,mid-lower epidural anesthesia and ketamine.The control group was given ketamine i.v regularly.Results There was significant difference between two group in swallow,pain,reaction time,vomiting and restlessness after operation.Conclusion This method might make the children operation smooth,safe and recover soon that might be available for operation. |
