精神分裂症智力缺损者的临床特征分析

本文分析了精神分裂症智力缺损者的临床特征。方法 对３８例精神分裂症智力缺损者（研究组）与１７例智力相对保存者（对照组）进行了一般资料分析、量表测试和脑电图检查。结果 研究组受教育程度较低、女性比例高、起病年龄小、病程长、多为单身、家庭史阳笥率高、阴性症状分值高、多有脑电图异常、以单纯型、衰退型为多，且均有显著性差异；在智力测验凡要为知识、领悟、相似性、词汇符号和图征排列等分测验的得分较低。结论 作

An analysis on the clinical features of schizophrenia with intelligence deficits.

Objective To analyze the clinical features of schizophrenia with intelligence deficits.Methods 38 cases of schizophrenia with intelligence deficits were compared with 17 those with intelligence hold on general data,scales assessments and EEG examinations. Results Compared with the group of intelligence hold,schizophrenic patients with intelligence deficits showed significantly lower education level,higher female ratio,younger onset age,longer duration of the disease,more the single,higher family history ratio of psychosis,severer negative symptoms,more abnormal ratio of EEG,more simple types and deterioratic types.The intelligence deficits showed mainly in the divisional tests of information,comprehension,similarities,vocabulary,digit sign and picture arrangement. Conclusion There might be some organic impairment base in schizophrenia with intelligence deficits.
