莫西沙星治疗老年下呼吸道感染临床疗效评价

目的:评价新一代氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物莫西沙星治疗老年下呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法:82例老年下呼吸道细菌感染患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例,治疗组静脉滴注莫西沙星注射液400 mg,1次/d;对照组静脉滴注左氧氟沙星注射液400 mg1,次/d,疗程均为7 d。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床有效率分别为95.2%和90.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);细菌清除率分别为93.3%和72.4%%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率分别为7.1%和10.0%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道细菌感染的疗效确切,安全性好,是治疗老年人下呼吸道感染较为理想的抗菌药物。

Clinical evaluation of moxifloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract bacterial infection in elderly patients

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in elderly patients.MethodEighty-two elderly patients with lower respiratory tract bacterial infections were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=42) was given 400 mg of moxifloxacin intravenously,once daily for seven days,and the control group(n=40) was given levofloxacin 400 mg intravenously,once daily for seven days.ResultsThe clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95.2% and 90.0%,respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The bacterial clearance rates of the two groups were 93.3 % and 72.4%,respectively,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rates of the treatment group and the control group were 7.1% and 10.0%,respectively.Conclusion Moxifloxacin is an effective and safe antibacterial drug in the treatment of lower respiratory tract bacterial infections in elderly patients.
