醒脑注射液对动物丙氨酸氨基转移酶和尿素氮的影响

摘    要:本文以不同剂量的醒脑注射液分别处理不同实验组大鼠和狗 ,连续给药 2 0天 ,在用药前和用药后的不同时间对各剂量组动物的血丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)和尿素氮 (BUN)进行测定 ,以研究该药对此类指标产生的影响。结果表明 ,在各不同时间里 ,各剂量组的大鼠和狗的 AL T和 BUN含量均与对照组无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。在实验后对各组部分大鼠的肝、肾等内脏进行病理切片检验 ,亦未发现异常 ,表明该病对动物肝、肾无明显毒副作用

Abstract:Different experimental groups of rats and dogs were injected with various dosages of brain-awaking injection respectively for 20 days consecutively .We studied its effect on alanine transaminase (ALT) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) of animals at different time before and after using the medicine.The results showed that there were no remarkable differences in ALT and BUN between every dosage group of rats and dogs and control groups at different time( P >0.05).The pathological slices of internal organs such as liver and kidney of rats were tested and found no normal damage after experiment,It was proved that brain-awaking injection had no remarkable toxicity, by-effect and no harm to the liver and kidney of animals.
