2002年临沭县18岁以上农村居民慢性非传染性疾病患病情况调查

目的]了解农村居民慢性非传染性疾病（慢性病）患病水平，引导医疗卫生和健康相关产业的发展，指导居民采纳健康生活方式，促进居民健康素质的进一步提高。方法]2002年8～12月，在临沐县农村抽取部分18岁以上居民进行调查。结果]调查1110人，超重率为30．45％，肥胖率为8．56％；高血压患病率为19．09％，高血压患者高血压知晓率为15．09％、治疗率为7．08％；血脂异常率为15．59％，其中高胆固醇血症患病率、高甘油三酯血症患病率、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇患病率分别为3．51％、7．66％、6．39％。结论]临沐县农村成年居民慢性病患病率较高。

Investigation on Chronic Non-communicable Disease (NCD) among Rural Residents Aged over 18 in Linshu County in 2002

Objective]To understand the incidence of chronic non-communicable disease(NCD) among the residents living in rural areas,give an instruction to promote the development of related industry,instruct the inhabitant to accept the healthy life style,promote the development of health quality for the local people.Methods]Investigation was conducted among the people over 18 from October to December,2002 in Linshu county.Results]Among the 1110 people Investigated,the overweight rate was 30.45%,obesity rate was 8.56%;Hypertension prevalence rate was 19.09%,awareness rate of the patient with hypertension was 15.09%,7.08% of them were treated;15.59% of them had abnormal blood lipid,in which the hypercholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia,low and high-density-of lipoprotein cholesterol prevalence rate was 3.51%,7.66% and 6.39% respectively.Conclusion]The prevalence of chronic non-communicable disease in Linshu county was high.
