1244例纤维支气管镜检查和肺部X线检查对比分析

目的　通过对1 2 4 4例纤维支气管镜(以下简称纤支镜)检查结果的分析,指导临床工作。方法　根据患者的肺部X线检查结果分组,与纤支镜的检查结果对比。结果　胸片所见占位性病变,炎性改变和肺不张,纤支镜检查对这三种改变的确诊率,分别为65 .9% ,75 .8%和1 0 0 .0 %。对肺部X线检查正常的慢性咳嗽和咯血病人的确诊率也达到60 .7%和79.2 %。结论　纤支镜检查是一种有效的检查手段,可以显著地提高临床医生肺部疾病的确诊率。

Clinical analysis of the result of 1244 cases with fiberbronchoscope and pulmonary X-ray check-up

Objective To help guide clinical work through analyzing the result of 1244 cases with fiberbronchoscope check-up. Methods The patients were divided into groups according to their X-ray check-up. The results of fiberbronchouscope check-up ad of X-rays were compared. Results The X-ray results showed that the patients most had field-occupied lesion, inflammatory lesion and atelectasis. The diagnosis accuracy rates for the three kinds of lesions by fiberbronchoscope check-up, respectively, were 65.9%, 75.8% and 100.0%. The rates were 60.7% and 79.2% for the patients who had chronic cough and hemoptysis and whose X-ray check-up were normal. Conclusion Fiberchoscope check-up is an effective method which can greatly enhance the diangnosis accuracy rate for pulmonary disease.
