| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗老年频发室性期前收缩的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将110例本病患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组50例,对照组予美托洛尔治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服复律汤。结果：治疗组在临床疗效、心电图和动态心电图疗效等方面比较均优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论：中西医结合治疗老年频发室性期前收缩有较好的疗效。
