| 摘 要： | 从两个不同来源的厚朴Magnolia officinalisRehd.etW ils.的茎中,分离获得内生真菌48株,经显微形态观察,鉴定为1纲、3目、6科、16属。不同来源的厚朴内生真菌的种群、数量及分布部位存在显著差异。

| Abstract: | 48 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the stem of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.They were morphologically identified belonging to 16 genera,6 families,3 orders and 1 class.The result of the experiment has shown that quantity,species and distributing of the endophytes varied in Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.of different habitat. |
