医学生实习期间的医德教育

随着社会主义商品经济市场的建立，医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入，特别是与此相适应的社会主义新型的道德体系还不健全，医学院校的医德教育也面临许多新情况和新挑战。其中，临床实习期间的学生医德教育，显得尤其突出，也较易被忽视。这必须引起我们高度重视。这阶段是大学生从学校走向社会的过渡阶段，是专业理论第一次系统的和临床实践相结合，也是大学生世界观人生观价值观理论教育走向实践阶段，具有承上启下的作用。这一阶段教育效果好，就能很好保持大学生在校期间思想政治教育成果，同时，能够辨别社会上特别是医疗上的不道德行为，为社会输送德才兼备医疗人员。

Education of Medical Ethics to Medical Students during their Clinical Internship

Chinese socialist market economy has been established and the medical health system reform is deepening constantly,but the corresponding new socialist moral system is still incomplete. Hence, the education of medical ethics in medical schools is facing lots of new problems and challenges. Among them, the education of medical ethics to students during their clinical internship,which is easy to be ignored, becomes, striking. We must pay much attention to it. It is in this period that college students step out of campus and into the society; professional theories are systematically combined with clinical practice for the first time ; the education of college students＇ world views and values transfers from theory to practice. If the education in this period achieves good effects,the fruit of ideological and political education in schools can be well maintained and at the same time, they are able to identify the immoral behavior in society,especially in medical circle. In this case we can provide the society with medical professionals possessing both ability-and morality.
