| 摘 要： | 对异烟肼(INH)急性中毒的小白鼠,腹腔注射安定(DZ)25mg/Kg有明显的保护作用。在1～3倍LD_(50)INH中毒时,DZ使所有动物免于死亡;对6倍LD_(50)INH中毒者,DZ虽未能降低死亡率,但能明显延长动物的存活时间。本文还就作用原理加以讨论。 |

| Abstract: | The present work was to inverstigate the effects of diazepam (DZ) on mice poisoned by isoniazid(INH). INH overdose induced excitation and convulsion in mice. Most of the poi- soned animals died between 30 and 90 min after sc INH, and the LD_(50) was 144. 8mg/kg. DZ (25mg/kg, ip) reduced greatly the mortalities and/or prolinged surviving time of the mice poisoned dy INH. The possible pharmacological mechanism was discussed. |
