稽留流产药流失败后直接清宫效果分析

目的探讨稽留流产药流失败后直接清宫是否增加并发症发生率。方法选择稽留流产患者经米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药流失败者58例，直接行清宫术；随机挑选同期58例经药流胚囊排出后行清宫术的稽留流产患者作为对照组，观察其术后出血时间、感染率及二次清宫率有无差异。结果与对照组相比，研究组术后出血时间、感染率及二次清宫率无统计学差异。结论对于药流失败的稽留流产患者可直接行清宫术。

Efficacy of Direct Dilation and Curretage in Failed Drug Induced Abortion in Missed Abortion

Objective To investigate the complication incidence of dilation and curretage（D＆C） after the failure of drug induced abortion in missed abortion. Methods D＆C was performed in 58 missed abortion patients with failed mifepristone - misoprostol induced abortion, and postoperative bleeding time, infection rate and secondary D＆C incidence were observed by using 58 patients who underwent D＆C after expul- sion of gestation sac as control group. Results Postoperative bleeding time, infection rate and secondary D＆C incidence showed no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion It is feasible to directly carry out D＆C after the failure of drug induced abortion in missed abortion cases.
