| 摘 要： | 目的:比较64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像和选择性冠状动脉造影(CAG)对冠心病的诊断价值。方法:258例拟诊或确诊冠心病患者分别行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像和冠状动脉造影术(CAG),并以CAG结果作为标准进行对比分析。结果:64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像评价冠状动脉管腔狭窄>50%的敏感性为94.2%,特异性为94.6%,阳性预测值为87.3%,阴性预测值为96.4%。结论:64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像是一种安全可靠的冠状动脉检查方法,对于诊断冠心病具有重要的价值。
