| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与脑血管畸形的关系。方法:收集96例脑血管畸形患者的血清标本为观察组;收集进行体检的76例正常人血清为对照组。对所有对象的血清标本用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测MMP-9含量,比较观察组和对照组血清中MMP-9水平的差异。结果:观察组患者不同检测点血清MMP-9水平明显高于对照组血清MMP-9水平(P<0.01),而对照组的血清MMP-9水平在不同检测时点没有明显变化。结论:MMP-9在脑血管畸形的形成和发展中起重要作用,调节局部MMP-9含量从而抑制动静脉畸形等脑血管畸形疾病的扩大和破裂。 |
