妇科急症100例临床分析

目的:探讨妇科急症的救治方法和治疗效果。方法:对接诊并实施抢救的100例妇科急症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中38例采用腹腔镜手术治疗作为观察组,62例采用开腹手术治疗作为对照组。比较两组患者术中出血量、平均住院时间及术后感染发生率。结果:观察组术中出血量为(156.3±9.2)ml,平均住院时间为(5.6±1.5)d;对照组术中出血量为(210.2±18.2)ml,平均住院时间为(8.2±2.5)d。两组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后感染2例(5.3%);对照组术后感染3例(5.8%),数据间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗妇科急症术中创伤小、患者住院时间短,值得推广应用。

A clinical analysis of gynecological emergency 100 cases

Objective To study the early diagnosis and treatment of gynecological emergency.Methods 100 cases of gynecological emergency patients were retrospectively analysis.38 patients by laparoscopic surgery as research group,62 cases by the open surgery treatment as control group.Compare two sets of patients peri-operative bleeding,the aerage length and postoperative infection rate.Results The observation group peri-operative bleeding for（156.3±9.2）ml,average for the length of time the patients（5.6±1.5）d,The control group peri-operative bleeding for（210.2 ±18.2）ml,average length of hospital stay was（8.2±2.5）d（P0.05）.The observation group postoperative infection in 2 cases（5.3%）,Postoper ative infection control in 3 cases（5.8%）,the difference between data was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgical treatment of gynecological emergency intraoperatie small trauma,the patient in the short time,the popularization.
