摘    要:目的〓〖HTK〗探讨64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对比剂用量及注射速率对成像质量的影响,以尽可能降低对受检者的危害。〖HTW〗方法〓〖HTK〗90例临床怀疑或确诊冠心病患者分为A、B、C三组,每组30例,均行CT冠状动脉造影。对比剂用量及注射速率分别为A组65mL、5.0mL/s,B组45mL、5.0mL/s,C组45mL、4.5mL/s。应用美国心脏协会冠状动脉改良分段法进行冠状动脉成像评价。〖HTW〗结果〓〖HTK〗A组与B组、A组与C组图像质量评分差异无统计学意义。〖HTW〗结论〓〖HTK〗使用合理的扫描技术在保证图像质量的前提下,可以适当降低对比剂用量及注射速率,降低碘制剂对患者的危害。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of contrast quantity and injection velocity in 64 multi-detector CT.Methods Ninety patients diagnosed as or suspected coronary heart diseases(CAD) were subjected to CT coronary angiography using 64 multi-detector CT.Based on contrast quantity and injection velocity,they were divided into three groups: group A(65 mL,5.0 mL/s),group B(45 mL,5.0 mL/s) and group C(45 mL,4.5 mL/s).The imaging was analyzed by the coronary modified fraction method,American Heart Association.Results There were no statistical differences between group A and B and between group A and C.Conclusion Contrast quantity and injection velocity may be decreased,but the imaging should still be clear.
