| 摘 要： | 从五叶木通Akebia quinata Decne.藤茎乙醇提取物的二氯甲烷萃取部分分离得到6个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、Δ5,22豆甾醇(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、常春藤皂苷元(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、Δ5,22豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ).化合物Ⅵ为首次从该属植物中分离得到.

| Abstract: | The ethanol extract from Akebia quinata was seperated by dichloromethane, n-butanol in sequence. Six compounds were isolated and identified as beta-sitosterol (I), delta(5,22) stigmasterol (II), oleanolic acid (III), hederagenin (IV), daucosterol (V), delta(5,22) stigmasterol-3-O-beta-D-glycopyranoside (VI). Compound VI was isolated from Akebia plants for the first time. |
