针刺夹脊穴联合舒筋通络颗粒在治疗神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用

目的:探讨针刺夹脊穴联合舒筋通络颗粒在治疗神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用。方法:将2017年12月-2018年12月收治的86例神经根型颈椎病患者利用随机数字表法均分为对照组和研究组。两组患者均给予常规治疗,其中在常规治疗基础上加用舒筋通络颗粒治疗患者设定为对照组,在常规治疗基础上加用针刺夹脊穴联合舒筋通络颗粒治疗患者设定为研究组。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗前后的炎性因子水平。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率相比于对照组显著增高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)量表评分及白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平均显著下降,且观察组相比于对照组显著降低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用针刺夹脊穴联合舒筋通络颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病患者疗效显著,明显降低患者疼痛程度和炎性因子水平,改善颈椎功能,值得在临床上大力推广。

Application of acupuncture at the Jiaji point with the Shujin Tongluo granule in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Objective:To explore the application of acupuncture at the Jiaji points(夹脊穴)with the Shujin Tongluo granules(舒筋通络颗粒)in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group took conventional treatment with the Shujin Tongluo granules,and the study group was given acupuncture at the Jiaji points more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P﹤0.05).VAS NDI scores,and IL-6,TNF-αin the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at the Jiaji points with the Shujin Tongluo granules is effective on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which significantly reduces the pain and inflammatory factor levels,and improves cervical spine function.It deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
