逐瘀活血汤联合常规西医治疗脑梗塞的临床效果分析

目的:探讨逐瘀活血汤联合常规西医治疗脑梗塞的临床效果。方法:连续纳入2017年11月-2018年11月我院收治的脑梗塞患者72例,根据随机数字表法,分为对照组36例和观察组36例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予逐瘀活血汤治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后的卒中量表评分、血液流变化指标(全血粘度、血沉和纤维蛋白原)及炎症因子水平超敏C-反应蛋白(High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)]变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的NHISS评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组的下降幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的全血粘度、血沉和纤维蛋白原等血液流变化指标及hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6等炎症指标水平均显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑梗塞患者,逐瘀活血汤联合常规西医具有更好的治疗效果,可显著提高治疗有效率,改善血液流变学,降低炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of the Zhuyu Huoxue decoction plus western medicine on cerebral infarction

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Zhuyu Huoxue decoction(逐瘀活血汤)plus conventional western medicine on cerebral infarction.Methods:72 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,36 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given the Zhuyu Huoxue decoction more.Results:NHISS scores in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the decline in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Blood viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,fibrinogen,and levels of inflammation indicators such as hs-CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zhuyu Huoxue decoction with conventional western medicine was effective,by improving hemorheology,and reducing the level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
