慢性阻塞性肺疾病综合肺康复方案的研究

慢性阻塞性肺疾病简称慢阻肺,属于一种破坏性肺部疾病,临床症状表现为咳嗽、咳痰、气短、胸闷、呼吸困难以及食欲减退等,该疾病是一种慢性呼吸科疾病,对患者的身体健康危害比较大。综合肺康复方案是一项针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病制定的运动锻炼康复计划,但在实际的临床中发现可行性不是非常好,患者不能长期坚持,提升综合肺康复依从性是当下医学行业内关注和研究的重要课题,本文对慢性阻塞性肺疾病综合肺康复方案的研究进行简单的综述。

Study on comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation program for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),referred to as copd,is a destructive lung disease with clinical symptoms such as cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,chest tightness,dyspnea,and loss of appetite,etc.This disease is a chronic respiratory disease with great harm to patients'health.Comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation scheme is a study of exercise rehabilitation plan on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,but the actual clinical feasibility is not very good,it is found patients cannot insist for a long time,to improve the comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation adherence is the important subject of medical industry attention and study.This paper reviews the studies on integrated pulmonary rehabilitation programs for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
