摘    要:随着全球人口老龄化的发展,如何提高老龄化人群的生活质量已成为一个非常严重的社会问题。肠道微生物在衰老过程中发生了变化,影响着机体的衰老状态。肠道微生物群被称为"第二基因组",大量研究揭示了肠道微生物群的重要性。在老年人中,肠道微生物群的多样性降低。肠道生理功能、饮食结构随年龄增长发生变化,机体免疫功能减退、肠道菌群也发生相应改变,肠道菌群与免疫、促炎和抗炎因子平衡等相关,肠道菌群失调与衰老相关的慢性疾病相关。而肠道菌群及其代谢产物也可能引发衰老型相关疾病,本文从衰老及衰老相关疾病与肠道菌群的研究展开探讨。

Abstract:With the development of the global population aging, how to improve the quality of life of the aging population has become a very serious social problem. Intestinal microorganisms have changed during the aging process, affecting the aging state of the body. The gut microbiota is called the "second genome", and numerous studies have revealed the importance of the gut microbiota. Among the elderly, the diversity of the gut microbiota is reduced. The intestinal physiological function and diet change with age, the body’s immune function declines, and the intestinal flora changes accordingly. The intestinal flora is related to the balance of immune, pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory factors. Related to aging-related chronic diseases. The intestinal flora and its metabolites may also cause aging-related diseases. This article discusses aging and aging-related diseases and intestinal flora.
