熊胆药用特殊价值及其药效物质基础研究

近20年来熊胆的药效作用及药效物质基础研究取得了丰硕的成果,在肝胆系统,心脑血管系统及抗肿瘤、祛痰镇咳、清热明目等方面展示出良好的药效活性,具有独特的药用价值;熊胆的主要药效物质基础除以往认识的熊去氧胆酸及牛磺熊去氧胆酸等胆汁酸成分外,还有具有良好抗丙型肝炎活性的熊胆大分子成分-熊胆蛋白,以及多肽等,是人工能够合成的熊去氧胆酸类成分所不能替代的,为熊胆的药用不可替代性提供了依据。

Special Medicinal Value of Bear Bile and Its Pharmacodynamic Material Basis

Plenty of fruitful results have been achieved on pharmacodynamic effects and pharmacodynamic material basis of bear bile in past decades.Bear bile exhibited good pharmacological actions in the hepatobiliary system and cardio-cerebral vascular system,it has the action of anti-tumour,expelling phlegm and stopping cough,clearing heat and improving eyesight,it also can be used to burns,scalds and hemorrhoids,which has a unique medicinal value.In addition to the bile acids,such as ursodeoxycholic acid and tauroursodeoxycholic acid,which have been previously recognized as the pharmacodynamic material basis of bear bile,bear bile macromolecules,such as bear bile protein and peptides with strong anti-hepatitis C activity were also proposed recently,which could not be replaced absolutely by artificially synthesized cholic acid.The study results may provide a basis for the irreplaceability of bear bile.
