北京中医住院医师规范化培训不同模式急诊能力培训的探讨

北京中医药大学东直门医院急诊科、中国中医科学院广安门医院急诊科和中国中医科学院西苑医院重症医学科是北京中医住院医师规范化培训三优团队。各团队在住院医师规范化培训实践中逐渐形成符合自身特点的培养模式,将"保障规培质量,构建完善的规培考核体系"成为探究重点。针对规培的管理制度、教学方法等方面,各团队形成了不同的规培模式,本文做一介绍和分析,供读者借鉴。

Discussion on Different Models of Standardized Training of Emergency Ability for Beijing Residents of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The Emergency Department of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Emergency Department of Guang′anmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Critical Medicine Department of Xiyuan Hospital of Chinese Academy of Sciences are the 3 excellent teams for standardized training of Beijing residents of traditional Chinese medicine. Each team has gradually formed its own training mode in the practice of standardized training for residents. It will focus on "ensuring the quality of training and building a perfect training assessment system". According to the management system,teaching methods and other aspects of the training,each team has formed a different training mode. This paper makes an introduction and analysis for readers to learn.
