开天门推拿法对术前焦虑患者的作用研究

目的:分析手术患者使用开天门推拿法对缓解术前焦虑价值。方法:选择在广州中医药大学祈福医院进行择期手术的102例患者为研究样本,其住院时间均在2017年4月-2018年11月,采用随机数字表随机分成对照组(53例)以及试验组(49例)。予以对照组患者基础护理措施,予以试验组患者基础护理联合开天门推拿。每组患者均从确定手术之日起,至手术当天术前。对比干预前后每组患者焦虑评分、血压以及脉搏情况。结果:试验组干预前后HAMA得分、收缩压、舒张压、脉搏比较,均有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组干预后HAMA得分分别是(6.33±2.11)分、(9.21±2.97)分(P<0.05);试验组与对照组干预后收缩压分别是(118.08±9.79)mm Hg、(124.43±14.6)mm Hg(P<0.05);舒张压分别(66.92±5.94)mm Hg、(69.70±9.04)mm Hg(P<0.05);脉搏分别是(70.45±4.52)mm Hg、(73.91±6.75)mm Hg(P<0.05)。两组间比较有统计学意义。结论:手术前予以患者使用开天门推拿可改善患者焦虑情绪,促进手术顺利开展以及预后,值得临床大力推广。

A study on the effect of Tianmen manipulation on patients with preoperative anxiety

Objective:To analyze the value of Tianmen manipulation in relieving preoperative anxiety.Methods:A total of 102 patients undergoing elective surgery in our hospital were selected as the study samples,and their hospital stays were from April 2017 to November 2018.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(53 cases)and the experimental group(49 cases)with a random number table.Patients in the control group were given basic nursing measures,patients in the experimental group were given basic nursing combined with Tianmen massage.Patients in each group were enrolled from the date of surgery to the day before surgery.Anxiety scores,blood pressure and pulse rates were compared in each group before and after intervention.Results:HAMA scores,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate in the experimental group before and after intervention were significantly different,which was with statistical significance(P<0.05).HAMA scores of the experimental group and the control group after intervention were(6.33±2.11)points and(9.21±2.97)points respectively(P<0.05).After intervention,the systolic blood pressure of the experimental group and the control group were(118.08±9.79)mm Hg and(124.43±14.6)mm Hg,respectively(P<0.05).Diastolic blood pressure was 66.92±5.94 mmHg and(69.70±9.04)mm Hg,respectively(P<0.05).The pulse rates were(70.45±4.52)mm Hg and(73.91±6.75)mm Hg(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of Tianmen massage before surgery can relieve patients'anxiety,promote the smooth operation and prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
