解郁汤联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症的效果分析

目的:探讨解郁汤联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗抑郁症的效果。方法:于2016年1月-2019年6月广州医科大学附属脑科医院接收的100例抑郁症患者,作为本文主要观察对象。通过电脑随机法,予以分组探讨,其中一组采用草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗,为常规组;另一组采用解郁汤联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗,为研究组。每一组占50例。结果:研究组临床疗效高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组精神分裂症抑郁量表(Calgary Depression Scale for Schizophre-nia,CDSS-C)评分以及汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对于抑郁症患者,临床采用草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗的同时加用解郁汤,能够进一步提高临床疗效,减轻患者抑郁程度,且不良反应少,安全可靠。值得在临床中大力推荐。

Effect analysis of Jieyu Decoction combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets in the treatment of depression

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jieyu Decoction(解郁汤)combined with escitalopram oxalate tablet on depression.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2019,100 patients with depression were admitted to our hospital.Group division was conducted by computer random method.One group was treated with escitalopram oxalate tablet,which was the conventional group.The other group was treated with Jieyu Decoction combined with escitalopram oxalate tablet.Each group accounted for 50 cases.Results:The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).CDSS-C score and HAMD score in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the study group were less than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with depression,the clinical use of escitalopram oxalate tablets combined with Jieyu Decoction can further improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the degree of depression,and it has fewer adverse reactions,which is safe and reliable.It is worthy of strong recommendation in clinical practice.
