| 摘 要： | 反流性食管炎(Reflux Esophagitis,RE)是一种临床常见的难治性慢性疾病,并有着较高的复发率。近年来随着人们生活水平的提高,该病的发生率逐年上升。西医治疗本病,主要以抑酸为主,效果单一,且治疗后易复发。本文则从中医学出发,总结有关反流性食管炎的辨证论治现状及有代表性医家们的独特治疗经验,为临床治疗本病提供新思路。 |

A review on treating reflux esophagitis |

| Abstract: | Reflux esophagitis is a clinically refractory chronic disease,with a high recurrence rate.With the improvement of people’s living standards in recent years,the incidence of the disease has increased year by year.Western medicine was applied in treating this disease by acid suppression,with single effects and easy to relapse after treatment.From TCM,the status of treating reflux esophagitis by differential treatment and the unique experience of representative medical practitioners were summarized,and provides new ideas for clinical treatment. |
