| 摘 要： | 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的内分泌功能障碍性疾病,具有多重生殖及代谢表型。基于PCOS的病因病机、诊断标准、治疗方法对多囊卵巢综合征进行论述,发现中医药通过辨证论治、中药周期疗法、针刺及针药联合、中西医结合、中医药防治妊娠并发症和中医药防治远期并发症等多种方法治疗PCOS,均取得了较为满意的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common endocrine dysfunction in women of childbearing age with multiple reproductive and metabolic phenotypes.This study discussed PCOS in terms of etiology,pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria and treatment methods.It is found that TCM has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy in treating PCOS by using syndrome differentiation,TCM cycle therapy,acupuncture,acupuncture in combination with medication,combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,TCM prevention and treatment of pregnancy complications or long-term complications. |
