优质护理模式对骨质疏松症患者负性心理及生活质量的影响

目的:探讨优质护理模式对骨质疏松症患者负性心理及生活质量的影响.方法:将2017年1月-2018年12月在韶关市中医院康复科确诊为骨质疏松症患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例.对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理模式,比较两组干预后患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量得分.结果:干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(50.98±1.56)分、(47.01±1.43)分,显著低于对照组的(55.90±2.35)分、(52.28±1.98)分,(均P<0.05)分,生活质量各维度得分及总分分别为(19.85±2.01)分、(18.68±2.00)分、(19.65±1.79)分、(19.39±1.93)分,显著优于对照组的(14.23±2.38)分、(10.28±1.05)分、(12.87±1.98)分、(12.46±1.80)分,(均P<0.05).结论:优质护理模式能有效减轻骨质疏松症患者负性心理,有利于提高患者的生活质量.

The effect of high quality nursing model on the negative psychology and quality of life of osteoporosis patients

Objective:To explore the effect of quality nursing model on the negative psychology and quality of life of osteoporosis patients.Methods:100 patients diagnosed with osteoporosis in Rehabilitation Division,Shaoguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing method,and the observation group was treated with high-quality nursing mode on this basis.The scores of anxiety,depression and quality of life of patients in the two groups after intervention were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were(50.98±1.56),(47.01±1.43),which were significantly lower than those in the control group(55.90±2.35),(52.28±1.98),(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of each dimension of quality of life were(19.85±2.01),(18.68±2.00),(19.65±1.79)and(19.39±1.93),which were significantly better than those of the control group(14.23±2.38),(10.28±1.05),(12.87±1.98)and(12.46±1.80)(all P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing model can effectively reduce the negative mental state of osteoporosis patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
