急诊护理路径与传统护理对急性心肌梗死的抢救效果对比研究

目的:将急诊护理路径和传统护理用于急性心肌梗死抢救中,对其抢救效果进行对比分析。方法:对空军总医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者分组研究,B组行传统护理,A组行急诊护理路径,对两组抢救效果进行比较。结果:A组急救时间、分诊时间、急救停留时间、住院时间与B组相比,相对更短(P<0.05);A组护理满意度为95.24%(40/42),与B组75.61%(31/41)相比,相对更高(P<0.05)。结论:对急性心肌梗死患者而言,实施急诊护理路径相比传统护理效果更为理想,可缩短急诊时间,提升患者护理满意度,值得应用。

A comparative study on the rescue effect of emergency nursing route andtraditional nursing on acute myocardial infarction

Objective:The emergency nursing route and traditional nursing were used in the rescue of acute myocardial infarction and comparative analysis was made on the rescue effect.Methods:Patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital were divided into groups:group B received traditional nursing,group A received emergency nursing path,and the rescue effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with group B,group A had shorter first aid time,triage time,first aid stay time and hospital stay(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in group A was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than that in group B 75.61%(31/41)(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute myocardial infarction,the implementation of emergency nursing path is more ideal compared with traditional nursing effect,it can shorten the emergency time,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,which is worthy of application.
