北京市新型冠状病毒肺炎定点与非定点医院护理人员焦虑、抑郁心理状况及对策探讨

目的调查北京市新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)定点与非定点医院护理人员焦虑、抑郁心理状况并探讨相关对策。方法2020年2月3—5日,利用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对489名来自北京市新冠肺炎定点医院(简称定点医院)与非定点医院护理人员的焦虑、抑郁心理进行"问卷星"线上测评,分析测评结果并探讨相关对策。结果共调查定点医院护理人员226名,非定点医院护理人员263名。定点医院护理人员和部分非定点医院护理人员存在着一定焦虑心理。定点医院护理人员SAS评分为50.37±7.85,SDS评分为41.09±5.86;非定点医院护理人员SAS评分为43.56±5.53,SDS评分为40.86±6.69。定点医院不同年龄、从业年限、隔离区进入时间、此次工作病区、防护级别及新冠肺炎认知程度的护理人员SAS评分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);非定点医院不同年龄、从业年限、重大疫情经历、传染病房经历及新冠肺炎认知程度的护理人员SAS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,工作病区、隔离区进入时间、防护级别是定点医院护理人员SAS评分的影响因素(均P<0.05);从业年限、新冠肺炎认知程度是非定点医院护理人员SAS评分的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎疫情蔓延下,定点医院与非定点医院部分护理人员存在一定焦虑心理,医院与相关部门需对护理人员采取及时的岗前培训与心理疏导。

Psychological status and countermeasures of anxiety and depression of nurses in designated and non-designated hospitals of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Beijing

Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression of nurses in designated and non-designated hospitals of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in Beijing,explore related countermeasures.Methods By using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self rating Depression Scale(SDS),the anxiety and depression of 489 nurses from designated and non-designated hospitals of COVID-19 in Beijing were evaluated by"questionnaire star"online between 3 and 5 February 2020,the results were analyzed,and the related countermeasures were discussed.Results Totally 226 nurses from designated hospital and 263 nurses from nondesignated hospital were investigated.Anxiety was found in the designated hospital nurses and some non-designated hospital nurses.The SAS and SDS scores of the designated hospital nurses were 50.37±7.85 and 41.09±5.86 respectively,while those of the non-designated hospital nurses were 43.56±5.53 and 40.86±6.69 respectively.There were statistically significant difference in SAS scores among the designated hospital nurses with different age,years of employment,entry time in the quarantine area,working ward,protection level,and COVID-19 awareness level(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant difference in SAS scores among the non-designated hospital nurses with different age,years of employment,major epidemic experience,infectious ward experience,and COVID-19 awareness level(all P<0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the working ward,entry time in the quarantine area and protection level were the influencing factors of the SAS scores of the designated hospital nurses(all P<0.05),while the years of employment and COVID-19 awareness level were the influencing factors of the SAS scores of the non-designated hospital nurses(all P<0.05).Conclusion Under the spread of COVID-19 epidemic,there is a certain degree of anxiety among some nurses in designated and non-designated hospitals.Hospitals and related departments need to take timely pre-job training and psychological counseling for nurses.
