遂宁市产科护士轮状病毒疫苗相关知识认知、态度及行为现状调查

目的了解遂宁市产科护士对轮状病毒疫苗相关知识掌握情况及疫苗认同状况,为婴幼儿病毒性腹泻预防提供参考依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,于2019年5-8月抽取遂宁市5家二级医院产科护士166名作为调查对象,采用自行设计的调查表进行调查分析,并对数据进行分析。结果产科护士对轮状病毒疫苗知识得分为7.28±1.76,态度得分为3.12±0.65,行为得分为3.22±0.71;知识得分与态度和行为得分均呈正相关(r=0.314、0.286,P<0.01),态度得分与行为得分呈正相关(r=0.331,P<0.01);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、产科工龄、学历、职称及月收入是产科护士轮状病毒疫苗相关知识的影响因素(均P<0.05);年龄、产科工龄、学历、职称及月收入是产科护士轮状病毒疫苗相关态度的影响因素(均P<0.05);年龄、产科工龄、职称及月收入是产科护士轮状病毒疫苗相关行为的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论遂宁市产科护士对轮状病毒疫苗相关知识知晓程度较低,轮状病毒疫苗相关态度和行为水平相对较高,应加强相关疫苗知识的培训,提高护士的认知水平,转变态度和行为,从而提高护理质量。

Survey on current situation of knowledge,attitude and practice related to rotavirus vaccine among obstetric nurses in Suining City

Objective To understand the knowledge of rotavirus vaccine and the status of vaccine identification among obstetric nurses in Suining City,provide reference for the prevention of viral diarrhea in infants and young children.Methods 166 obstetric nurses from five secondary hospitals in Suining City were selected from May to August of 2019 by random sampling method.The investigation was performed by the self-designed questionnaire,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of knowledge about rotavirus vaccine among obstetric nurses was 7.28±1.76,the attitude score was 3.12±0.65 and the behavior score was 3.22±0.71.The knowledge score was positively correlated with the attitude score and the behavior score(r=0.314,0.286,P<0.01),while the attitude score was positively correlated with the behavior score(r=0.331,P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,length of service in obstetrics,educational background,professional title and monthly income were the influencing factors of knowledge related to rotavirus vaccine of obstetric nurses(all P<0.05).Age,length of service in obstetrics,educational background,professional title and monthly income were the influencing factors of attitude related to rotavirus vaccine of obstetric nurses(all P<0.05).Age,length of service in obstetrics,professional title and monthly income were the influencing factors of behavior related to rotavirus vaccine of obstetric nurses(all P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate of knowledge related to rotavirus vaccine among obstetric nurses in Suining City is low,while the level of attitude and practice related to rotavirus vaccine is relatively high.It is necessary to strengthen the training of vaccine knowledge,improve the cognitive level of nurses,change attitudes and behaviors,so as to improve the quality of nursing.
