布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效与安全性分析

目的:分析布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效与安全性分析。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年1月平度市中医医院收治70例急性腹泻患儿并分成两组,对照组35例使用蒙脱石散治疗,研究组35例在对照组基础上添加布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,对比两组患儿临床疗效及安全性。结果:研究组患儿显效23例,有效10例,对照组显效18例,有效8例,研究组患儿治疗总有效率为94.28%(33/35),明显比对照组高74.28%(26/35),比较差异具统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患儿不良反应发生率为8.57%(3/35),明显比对照组低,比较差异显著具统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效显著,可减少不良反应,有效提高其治疗效果,临床上值得推广使用。

Clinical efficacy and safety of Bradyrhizobium combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Bradyrhizobium combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,70 children with acute diarrhea were enrolled in the hospital and divided into two groups.35 patients in the control group were treated with montmorillonite powder,and 35 patients in the study group received Bradyrhizobium combined with montmorillonite powder.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups of children were compared.Results:In the study group,23 cases were remarkably effective,10 cases were effective,18 cases were remarkably effective in the control group,and 8 cases were effective.The total effective rate of the study group was 94.28%(33/35),which was significantly higher than that of the control group,74.28%(26/35).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.57%(3/35),which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Bradyrhizobium combined with montmorillonite powder is significant in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children,which can reduce adverse reactions and effectively improve its therapeutic effect.It is worthy of popularization in clinical use.
