中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片临床疗效比较

目的:观察中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片在临床治疗中的疗效分析。方法:选取聊城市中医医院收治的100例盗汗患者,将50例采用传统中药饮片进行治疗的患者作为对照组;将50例采用中药配方颗粒进行治疗的患者作为研究组;对比两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果:治疗后,在肺卫不固型患者中,研究组患者临床治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组;且在阴虚火旺型患者中,研究组患者临床治疗的总有效率同样高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中药配方颗粒在盗汗患者中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,值得推广。

Comparison of clinical effects between traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in clinical treatment.Methods:100 patients with night sweats were selected from our hospital.50 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces were used as the control group.50 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine formula were used as the research group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.In the yin deficiency and fire-type patients,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine formula has good clinical effect in patients with night sweats,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients and is worthy of promotion.
