皮内埋针疗法结合康复治疗对脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效分析

目的:探讨皮内埋针疗法结合康复治疗对脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果。方法:通过对2017年2月-2019年2月在我院治疗的82例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者随机分组,对照组患者给予康复治疗,实验组应用皮内埋针疗法结合康复治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果、证候总积分、视觉模拟量表(Visual Analog Scale,VAS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能(Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function,FMA)评分、Barthel指数(Barthel Index,BI)与血液流变学指标差异。结果:实验组总有效率较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后实验组证候总积分,VAS评分,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组FMA评分和BI,同对照组比较均显著提高(P<0.05);治疗后实验组血细胞比容、血小板聚集率以及血浆黏度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者应用皮内埋针疗法结合康复治疗可提高治疗效果,有效缓解疼痛,提高患者肢体运动能力,改善日常生活能力,值得推广应用。

Efficacy of intradermal needle acupuncture plus rehabilitation therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intradermal needle acupuncture plus rehabilitation therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods:82 patients were divided into groups.The control group received rehabilitation therapy.The experimental group was treated by intradermal needle acupuncture plus rehabilitation therapy.The effects,symptom total score,VAS,FMA score,BI and hemorheology indicator were compared between groups.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group was 90.24%,higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of the syndrome group,VAS score were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA score and BI index in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the hematocrit,platelet aggregation rate,and plasma viscosity in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intradermal needle acupuncture plus rehabilitation therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke can improve the effect,effectively relieve pain,improve the limb movement ability and daily living ability,is worthy of popularization and application.
