四川省2家医院梅毒感染者自杀意念状况及相关因素分析

目的探讨梅毒感染者自杀意念状况并分析其相关因素。方法选取一般资料调查表、自杀意念评定量表(SIOSS)、自尊量表(SES)、社会影响量表(SIS),于2018年1—12月对四川省2家医院住院的140例梅毒感染者进行横断面调查。结果梅毒感染者自杀意念总评分为8.39±2.59。不同文化程度、婚姻状况、职业和梅毒类型间,自杀意念评分比较,差异有统计学意义(t/F=2.602、3.994、2.473、2.657,均P<0.05)。多元线性回归显示,自尊评分、病耻感评分、婚姻状况、梅毒类型对梅毒感染者的自杀意念总评分有影响(t=2.903、4.086、2.870、2.316,均P<0.05)。可解释回归方程总变异的22.4%。结论梅毒感染者自杀意念普遍较高,应引起门诊医务人员的重视。针对病耻感强、自尊水平低、未婚、显性梅毒感染者,应采取有针对性的指导策略,以有效缓解其消极情绪,从而避免自杀行为的出现。

Analysis of suicidal ideation and its related factors among syphilis-infected persons in two hospitals of Sichuan Province

Objective To investigate the suicidal ideation of syphilis patients,analyze its influencing factors.Methods A crosssectional survey was conducted among 140 syphilis patients in two hospitals of Sichuan Province from January to December 2018 by using general information questionnaire,Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale(SIOSS),Self-esteem Scale(SES)and Social Impact Scale(SIS).Results The total score of suicide ideat ion in syphilis patients was 8.39±2.59.There were statistically significant differences in the score of suicide ideation among groups in different education level,marital status,occupation and syphilis type(t/F=2.602,3.994,2.473,2.657,all P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the total score of suicide ideation of syphilis patients was affected by the self-esteem score,stigma score,marital status and syphilis type(t=2.903,4.086,2.870,2.316,all P<0.05),which could explain 22.4%of the total variation of regression equation.Conclusion The suicidal ideation of syphilis infected patients is generally high,and the outpatient medical staff should pay attention to.For those with strong stigma,low self-esteem,unmarried status and dominant syphilis,argeted guidance strategies should be adopted to effectively alleviate negative emotions,so as to avoid the occurrence of suicidal behavior.
