中医辨证施护在老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中的护理效果

目的:对中医辨证施护在老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中的护理效果进行分析。方法:入选本次研究40例老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的收治时间为2017年10月-2018年10月,根据随机均分将其分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取中医辨证施护,对比两组患者护理效果。结果:实验组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标均低于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理总满意度比对照组患者护理总满意度高,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者口干多饮、夜尿频多、肢体麻木、神疲乏力、腰膝酸软、耳鸣评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组患者收缩压、舒张压、血肌酐与血尿素氮水平均低于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组患者,且自我效能感量表评分高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护在老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者护理中有着重要的意义,不仅将血糖控制在正常范围内,更提高了患者的护理满意度,值得在临床中广泛推广与使用。

Efficacy of TCM differentiation nursing on elderly patients type 2 diabetes in elderly patients

Objective:To analyze efficacy of the TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:40 cases were divided into 2 groups.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the experimental group was given the TCM syndrome differentiation nursing.Results:The fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05),the total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).Dry mouth and frequent drinking,frequent nocturia,limb numbness,fatigue,waist and knee weakness,tinnitus scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).The anxiety and depression scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the self-efficacy scale scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM syndrome differentiation nursing can control blood sugar,improve patient satisfaction of nursing,and is worthy of promotion.
