电针与穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖合并脂肪肝患者效果对比观察

目的:对比分析电针与穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖合并脂肪肝患者的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月收治的82例单纯性肥胖合并脂肪肝患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予穴位埋线,对照组给予电针治疗,比较两组减肥疗效,脂肪肝疗效,治疗前后肥胖指标、中医症状评分;结果:观察组减肥疗效、脂肪肝疗效总有效率较对照组显著提高(P <0.05),治疗前两组肥胖指标无统计学差异(P> 0.05),治疗后两组体质量、腰围、臀围、腰髋比(Waist-hipratio,WHR)、体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)、脂肪率(Fat rate,FAT)水平均显著下降,且观察组体质量、腰围、臀围、WHR、BMI、FAT指标水平下降更显著(P <0.05),治疗前两组中医症状评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后两组肢体乏力、腰膝酸软、食欲不振、腹胀腹痛、大便秘结评分均显著下降,且观察组肢体乏力、腰膝酸软、食欲不振、腹胀腹痛、大便秘结评分下降更显著(P <0.05)。结论:穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖合并脂肪肝可提高减肥效果,纠正脂肪肝状态,改善患者临床症状,疗效更确切,优势更显著,值得在临床上推广。

Observation on treating simple obesity with fatty liver by electroacupuncture and acupoint embedding

Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of electroacupuncture and acupoint embedding on simple obesity combined with fatty liver.Methods:82 patients with simple obesity with fatty liver who were treated from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given acupoint embedding,and the control group was treated by electroacupuncture.Results:The total effective rate of weight loss and fatty liver in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-hip ratio,body mass index,and fat percentage levels in the two groups were decreased significantly,and the levels of body mass,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR,BMI,and FAT in the observation group were decreased significantly(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the limb weakness,waist and knee weakness,loss of appetite,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,and constipation scores were decreased significantly in the two groups.In the observation group,limb weakness,waist and knee weakness,loss of appetite,abdominal distension and abdominal distension scores were more decreased(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint embedding can improve the effect on weight loss and correct the state of fatty liver,and improve the clinical symptoms,and is worth promoting in the clinic.
