川贝母的量效关系及其临床应用探讨

通过搜集古医书及现代医家临证经验,总结出川贝母具有以下量效特点:临床用量多为3~30 g。结合病种、证型、症状选择其最佳剂量,如发挥清热润肺时,治疗肺部疾病、呼吸系统疾病、小儿扁桃体炎等,为3~15 g;化痰止咳时,治疗咳喘证、发热证、急性发作性咳嗽等,为5~12 g;散结消痈时,治疗肺痈、肺癌、乳腺癌等,为4.5~30 g。为发挥其最佳功效,常根据病种、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如清热润肺常配伍瓜蒌、桔梗、桑白皮;化痰止咳常配伍甜杏仁、沙参、麦冬;散结消痈常配伍桔梗、冬瓜子、丹参等。
