Observation on treating lower limb hemiplegia after stroke by TCM rehabilitation

Objective:To analyze the effect of TCM rehabilitation on lower limb hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:64 patients were divided into different groups according to the order of treatment.The control group was given traditional treatment,while the observation group was treated by TCM rehabilitation.The life activity ability and Fugl-Meyer score were analyzed.Results:The daily living ability and Fugl-Meyer scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The neurological function scores were also improved,and the treatment effect was significant.The MBI score was(68.98±7.98)points in the observation group and(53.65±7.88)points in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer score in the observation group was(18.5±2.1),which was significantly better than(25.6±1.2)in the control group.Conclusion:TCM rehabilitation can improvve the quality of life,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve compliance.
