痛泻要方热奄包治疗脾虚湿困型小儿腹泻患儿的临床效果和价值体会

目的:探讨脾虚湿困型小儿腹泻患儿采用痛泻要方热奄包治疗的临床效果。方法:将2018年3月-2019年3月平度市中医医院收治的88例脾虚湿困型小儿腹泻患儿作为研究样本,遵从随机化原则分成参照组和研究组,参照组(44例)采用常规西医治疗,研究组(44例)采用痛泻要方热奄包治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医症状积分和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组总疗效高于参照组,中医症状积分小于参照组,有明显统计学意义(P <0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:痛泻要方热奄包用于脾虚湿困型小儿腹泻患儿临床治疗中效果理想,安全可靠,建议大力推广。

Clinical effect and value of Tongxie Yaofang hot-embedding therapy on children with diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness-trapped type

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tongxie Yaofang hot-embedding(痛泻要方热奄包)therapy on children with diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness-trapped type.Methods:88 cases of children with diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness-trapped type admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as study samples.They were randomized into the control group and the study group.The control group(44 cases)was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group(44 cases)was treated with Tongxie Yaofang hot-embedding.The therapeutic effect,TCM symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The TCM symptom score of the study group was less than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:Tongxie Yaofang hot-embedding therapy is effective,safe and reliable in the clinical treatment of children with diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness-trapped type.It is suggested that it be popularized vigorously.
