中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片的应用对策研究

目的:探讨中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片的应用对策。方法:于2017年8月-2018年8月,随机选择100例患者和10名药房工作人员作为本文观察对象,通过问卷调查的方式,统计本院工作人员、患者在中药配方颗粒与传统中药饮片等方面的选择情况。结果:中药配方颗粒内部调剂出错率、发药出错率均低于传统中药饮片(P<0.05)。问卷调查发现,患者认为中药配方颗粒具有用药便捷、卫生安全、药量准确、取药用时短、方便携带储存、食用方便等优势,比较传统中药饮片存在差异(P<0.05),工作人员认为中药配方颗粒具有工作强度小、工作效率高、药量准确、卫生、规格限制小、药物浪费少等优势,比较传统中药饮片存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统中药饮片而言,中药配方颗粒优势突出。

A study on application of TCM granules and TCM decoction

Objective:To explore the application strategies of TCM granules and TCM decoction.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2018,100 patients and 10 pharmacy staff were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.Through questionnaire survey,choices of TCM granules and TCM decoction in the staff and patients were counted.Results:The error rate and error rate of internal adjustment of TCM granules were lower than TCM medicine(P<0.05).The questionnaire found that the patients believe that TCM granules shows the advantages of convenient drug application,health and safety,accurate drug dosage,short medicinal taking,convenient carrying and storage,convenient consumption,etc..The staff believe TCM granules show the advantages of small work intensity,high work efficiency,accurate dosage,sanitation,small specification limitation,and low drug waste.Conclusion:Compared with the TCM decoction pieces,the advantages of TCM medicine particles are outstanding.
