扶正消癥汤对肝动脉化疗栓塞术后肝癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的:观察扶正消癥汤对肝动脉化疗栓塞术后肝癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:将60例肝癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组治疗方法为单纯肝动脉化疗栓塞术(Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization, TACE),治疗组治疗方法为TACE联合中药扶正消癥汤,中药于TACE术后第1天开始服用,连续服用4周,分别于术前1天及术后第28天检测两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群。结果:治疗前两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);对照组治疗前后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+无明显变化(P> 0.05);治疗组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+均较治疗前上升(P <0.05)。结论:复方扶正消癥汤能够改善肝动脉化疗栓塞术后肝癌患者的免疫状态。

Efficacy of the Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction on T-lymphocyte subsets in patients with liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

Objective:To observe efficacy of the Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction(扶正消癥汤)on T-lymphocyte subsets in patients with liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.Methods:60 cases were divided into 2 groups.29 cases were given transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.And the treatment group was given the Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction more.Results:There was no significant difference in CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8+between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant changes in CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).CD3+and CD4+in the treatment group were increased after treatment(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction on T-lymphocyte subsets in patients with liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization shows good effects.
