湿性敷料与传统换药在糖尿病足换药护理中的应用效果比较

目的:对比湿性敷料与传统换药在糖尿病足换药护理中的应用效果。方法:纳入福建医科大学附属第二医院2017年3月-2019年3月收治的糖尿病足患者92例,此研究分组方法是随机数字表法,分对照组(采纳传统换药,46例)、研究组(采纳湿性敷料换药,46例),对比两组伤口愈合效果、换药次数、伤口愈合时间。结果:研究组伤口愈合总有效率95.65%(44/46)显著比对照组69.57%(32/46)高,P <0.05。研究组换药次数显著比对照组低,P <0.05。研究组伤口愈合时间显著比对照组短,P <0.05。结论:湿性敷料应用于糖尿病足换药护理中,明显减少了换药次数,可加快创面愈合,值得借鉴。

Comparison of application effect of wet dressing and traditional dressing change in nursing care of diabetic foot dressing change

Objective:To compare the application effect of wet dressing and traditional dressing change in nursing care of diabetic foot dressing change.Methods:92 diabetic foot patients treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were divided into the control group(46 cases with traditional dressing change)and the study group(46 cases with wet dressing change).The wound healing effect,dressing change times and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of wound healing in the study group 95.65%(44/46)was significantly higher than that of the control group 69.57%(32/46),P<0.05.The number of drug exchange in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The wound healing time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of wet dressing in the nursing care of diabetic foot dressing can obviously reduce the times of dressing change and speed up the wound healing,which is worth drawing lessons from.
