四川省某医学院中医学生艾滋病歧视现状及影响因素

目的了解四川省某医学院中医学生艾滋病歧视现状,并对歧视影响因素进行分析。方法于2018年12月—2019年1月采用分层整群随机抽样,抽取四川省某医学院中医学生540名,采用大众艾滋病知识知晓率调查表、中文版ZELAYA AIDS歧视量表进行调查。结果中医学生艾滋病歧视总得分为2.14±0.47,担心传染和感染疾病得分为2.51±0.75,将艾滋病与耻辱责怪和偏见相联系得分为1.93±0.52,个人歧视行为得分为2.03±0.52,社会歧视行为得分为2.08±0.63.多重线性回归分析结果显示,年级、地区、是否接受艾滋病宣传教育、大众艾滋病知识是否知晓及得分是艾滋病歧视得分的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论中医学生存在一定艾滋病歧视,中医院校应进行更有针对性的艾滋病宣传教育,减少艾滋病歧视。

Status and influencing factors of AIDS discrimination among students of traditional Chinese medicine in a medical college in Sichuan Province

Objective To understand the status of AIDS discrimination among students of traditional Chinese medicine in a medical college in Sichuan Province,analyze the influencing factors of the discrimination. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling was used to select 540 students of traditional Chinese medicine in a medical college in Sichuan Province from December 2018 to January 2019. The survey was conducted by using the questionnaire of public knowledge of AIDS and the Chinese Zelaya AIDS discrimination scale. Results The AIDS discrimination score of students of traditional Chinese medicine was 2.14 ±0.47,the score for fear of infection and infectious disease was 2.51 ±0.75,the score for linking AIDS to stigma and prejudice was 1.93 ±0.52,the score for individual discrimination was 2.03 ±0.52,and the score for social discriminatory behavior was 2.08 ±0.63. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that grade,area,whether to accept AIDS education,public knowledge of AIDS and scores were the main factors affecting the AIDS discrimination score(all P<0.05). Conclusion Students of traditional Chinese medicine have some discrimination against AIDS. Traditional Chinese medicine colleges should carry out targeted AIDS publicity and education to reduce AIDS discrimination.
