急性毒鼠强中毒患者并发精神症状时血氨的变化

目的 探讨急性毒鼠强中毒患者合并精神症状时血氨的变化及其临床意义。方法 选择经过毒物检测确诊的急性毒鼠强中毒患者30例，动态观察中毒后第1、3、5、7、10、13、16、20天血氨及精神症状（幻觉、兴奋状态）积分均值的变化，并进行相关性分析。结果 血氨与幻觉、兴奋状态积分均值均呈高度正相关（r=0．85233、P=0．0072；r=0．85678、P=0．0066）。结论 急性毒鼠强中毒发生精神症状患者血氨有一定变化，并且具有相关性，可能对协助判断精神症状的发生发展具有一定的指导意义。

Changes of blood ammonia in patients with acute tetramethylene disulphotetramine poisoning induced mental disorders

Objective To study the change of blood ammonia and its clinical significance in patients with acute tetramethylene disulphotetramine (tetramine) poisoning and mental disorders. Methods The 30 patients diagnosed by detection of poisonous substance were studied. The changes of blood ammonia and mental disorders (hallucinations , excitement states ) were observed at the 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 13, 16 and 20 days after poisoning. The relative analysis between the blood ammonia and mental disorders was done. Results A highly positive correlation was found between the blood ammonia and hallucinations and excitement states (r=0.85233,P=0.0072; r=0.85678, P=0.0066,respectively). Conclusion There exists the change of blood ammonia in the patients with tetramine acute poisoning associated with mental disorders.Blood ammonia and mental disorders correlated highly.This study may be helpful in diagnosing the complication of mental disorder.
