蛛网膜下腔-硬膜外联合阻滞麻醉用于分娩镇痛78例临床效果观察

摘    要:目的:探讨分娩镇痛的效果及对产程、母婴的影响。方法:采用蛛网膜下腔-硬膜外联合阻滞麻醉(CSEA)的方法分娩镇痛的78例产妇作为观察组,未采用任何分娩镇痛药物的78例产妇作为对照组,分别观察两组镇痛效果、副反应及对产程、分娩方式、产后出血、胎儿及新生儿的影响。结果:两组总产程、产后出血无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组剖宫产率有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组新生儿Apgar评分及产后24 h神经行为评分(NBNA法)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:CSEA用于分娩镇痛,效果好,降低了剖宫产率,对母婴无影响。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the pain relief effects and its influences on the labor course and both mothers and newborns.Methods:78 pregnant women were administered combined subarachnoid and epidural analgesia during labor(study group),78 pregnant women were not administered any labor analgesia(control group).The labor course,the mode of delivery and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and score both Apgar's and NBNA's were observed in the two groups respectively.Results:The difference was effectively significant in the rate of cesarean section(P<0.05) between the study group and the control group while there was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage、fetal distress and score both of Apgar's and NBNA's(P>0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic delivery of CSEA is safe and effective,which has no influences on the mothers and newborns,and the labor course decreases the rate of cesarean section.
