军队医院聘用护士流失现状与管理对策

摘    要:目前影响军队医院聘用护士流失的因素主要包括工资待遇低于期望值、职业性疲溃、职业价值观模糊、工作环境不良以及聘用护士自身原因等。针对以上因素,提出规范聘用护士招聘制度,提高聘用护士工资待遇,推行人性化管理理念,实行半军事化管理,建立聘用护士应对职业性疲溃的机制,树立正确的职业价值观,强化护理职业安全管理,加强规范化培训等管理对策,实现聘用护士队伍的稳定和发展。
