| 摘 要： | 目的建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定升降胶囊中柚皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为AgilentHC-C18（4．6mm×250mm,4．6μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（20：80）（用磷酸调节pH至3．0±0．05）,流速：1．0ml／min,检测波长为283nm,进样量为20μ,柱温为25％。结果升降胶囊检测浓度的线性范围为0．02～0．1mg／ml（r=0．9999）;平均回收率为96．24％,RSD=0．78％（n=6）。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of narrigin in Shengjiang capsule. Methods The determination was performed on Agilent HC-C18 column with acetonitrile-water （20： 80） used as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detecting wave-length was set at 283 nm. The coulmn temperature was set at 25℃ and the sample size was 20μl. Results The linear range of narrigin was 0.02 - 0. 1 mg/ml （ r = 0. 9999） and the average recover was 96. 24%, RSD = 0. 78% （n = 6） . Conclusion The method is proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and applicable for the determination of the content of narrigin in Shengjiang capsule. |
